MISSION
The mission of the men’s ministry is to facilitate spiritual growth for the men of the congregation, friends and visitors. To motivate and equip the men of the congregation to be spiritual leaders and servants in the church and to be Christ-like examples in the community, business environment and in their roles as husbands, fathers or singles.
MINISTRY The last Saturday of each month there is a men’s ministry meeting at one of the member’s home. There is, first, and foremost, the presentation of the word by Pastor Knight, and then fellowship/encouragement amongst the brethren/guests, food and more food. "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" Proverbs 27:17
Ad hoc events are selected for special functions such as fishing/hunting/skiing/ballgames/ etc.
There is also serving opportunities on the Service Teams that go and handle various projects that arise in the membership (minor house repairs, yard maintenance, help moving, etc.)
